opal

He sat down

at his average-sized desk

in his cuboid office and plotted.

A Big Bang.

No-one noticed he was gone

until a long time after.

The force sent him spinning,

charms on a silver bracelet.

The ram charged and tossed him,

a snapping crab caught him,

water carrier washed him

after a rampaging bull had gored him.

A virgin seduced him; golden scales

weighed him; the archer’s sure flighted arrow

shot him before the lustrous-maned lion tore him

limb from limb then voraciously
