i sit unthin
king of the moths
when down they come
through thoughtless air
for wing dust in my hair
thank you lord.
i miss all of you.

thank you lord, for the wing dust in my hair, through thoughtless air, when down they come... over head, that light, king of moths, i sit unthin.... thank you for this piece... both ways ... j.g. smiles... is that a typo on unthin... i am curious yellow
i'm all about the moths. what impeccable timing.

line 5 is brilliant. i am obsessed with it.
the rest is good too.
d-lion, funny you would say so. i wrote what i thought was pretty much it, on a bathroom tile, but over the course of a month, that was the line that underwent the most changes.
nice idea i had an idea one time but before i had the idea i had no idea that the previously mentioned idea was coming and therefore i was pleasantly surprised by the idea and i have some idea that the idea of an idea is not something one can necessarily control and thus ideas sort of have their own ideas about when they go from freefloating energy blobs to ideas that people have any idea about do you have any idea what im talking about
haha cute thought. i like this. it's light and fun in a creative way. thanks for sharing :)
gnormal, i love you and your hide-and-seek syntax. even/especially when you miss me.
i miss you too.
I'm off to read the rest of your poetry.
I was just recently reflecting on some of the sufi poetry regarding moths and flame analogy. So enjoy your creative perception in the 'underabulb'. Thanks.
