bear

i went to that football game
 1
in the town where i grew up
 2
to see if things had changed
 3
 
 
i wandered around and saw
 4
faces i thought i knew
 5
but they kept walking
 6
through the fog of the crowd
 7
without a friendly glance
 8
 
 
these are the kids
 9
i thought were adults
 10
but they look on me
 11
like a confused old man
 12
