Necktie dinner

The stray cat has done the lion thing
going for the kill,
the amber of the neck.
What's more that is what
he allegoricaly did to him
take away  his serenity,
rob him of self identity.
Both punch the air
In their  exasperated state.
Is each the less culpable?
