Scooting Along
larrylark

Tall teenage boy, pimply faced, scoots along.
 1
His driving foot flies forwards and back.
 2
Jeans slack, slung low, will they fall?
 3
Revealed; a sea of marble white,
 4
above waistband of his Kelvin Klein's.
 5
Takes pride in what was once denied,
 6
this dash through widening horizons.
 7
While a girl, shorter than he, scurries by his side,
 8
taking him for a ride.
 9
