Fly By Night

Best sit tight.
Don't try to kill
or it will send you witless.
Let it remain,
to crawl across your window pane.
Do not pursue its channels of air
through the random dizziness of flight.
By dusk it will have flown into the night.
Only then will you sleep,
among the stormy skies
of fly by night reverie.
